I am not even trying to prevent people from posting/viewing or something. I just want them to be aware that this site has certain guidelines that need to be followed. When one is banned whose lost is it? Not mine, not yours, no one. So, if you are banned, why bother to get around it and force yourself to view this forum that didn't welcome you? Go on with your life.

lol, outie there are so many assholes online. They have no life u ban them they want to get even lol its like irc u ban them they would spend 3-4 hours trying to get back into your channel either with a bnc or whatever to flame you rather than just joining another channel and forgetting about it .. lol ces la vie

Opening a new topic will earn you $30, with or without pictures. Since each post allows up to 4 pics only, one needs to reply itself to post more pictures. In that case, it's $20 for the subsequent replies.

I will probably make a FAQ when I have time.

Those who violate the rules constantly will receive a PM from me with a link to this thread. If one continues to violate the rules after the PM is read, I will ban him.

Those who violate the rules rarely are generally fine.

outie... i've been banned for twice... but it seems that i didn't offend any rules... and i can log in back after a while... why does this happen?

hmm juz joined only..was a little surprised to find tat there seems to be so many rules here..but then again i'm not very used to forums as a whole.. so in short we're supposed to gain $$ with more posts..but pple abuse this system by posting short inconsequential messages?and this in turn is against the rules becos this being a forum there ought to be more interaction among the members...so this means watever message we post must be indicative of some insight?but surely an occasional short "i dun like tat" or "i agree with u blablablah" can be accepted?

First of all, money is NOT important. Most, but not all, new members post short messages just for the hell out of it. They are used to other forums where ANY replies are encouraged. I really can't stand people replying with one smiley and reply AGAIN with a "cool" or "nice" (trust me, I've deleted tons of them).

I understand a forum should be very interactive. I prefer people reply with some insights instead of "I agree" or "I disagree" or "I like it" etc. I mean, who really wants to read replies like those? They are all junks.

Like I mentioned many times before, if one does not have something useful/meaningful to say, just save it. I really don't need him/her to "participate" by posting junks.

Maybe you should give new members 500$ to start with. When a newbie joins and see he can buy some XXX videos and pics, he wants to get enough money for that.

I gave 100 out before. Guess what? Some people registered again when they used up the money.

uh-oh..so scheming ah..no wonder u dun like such lame attempts to get $$..but guess in every system there's a way to abuse it..for example i'm sure u can make several accounts and start posting new topics here and there...enuff to make a lil $$ but not enuff to arouse admin attention..well juz my two cents worth..

im not really a newbie because i signed up long time ago, but i've just recently started to actually participate in outtie.net. Its an interesting experience. I have to agree, i want to make more money because ive found out that you can buy "THINGS" from this website with that money and in that effort to gain more money, i corrupt the site, that is the nature of effort, destruction. But, my destructions comes rewards, creations.

I feel sometimes the rules will piss certain people off and they will react negatively to it and hence the backlash, bad comments, and etc. Ex: i try to make some money by replying, but staying within the rules, but the judgement of what is interesting, what is not interesting is up to the moderator or the higher up individuals with power on this site. And, since i wanted to make some money, i posted replies, only replies, because thats all i know how to do right now. Im not good with starting a thread, posting a file for people to share, html, bb code (whatever that is), selling items, files, music, bittorents, game, etc. BUT, i wish to learn and do it eventually because that will provide more money for me.

anyways..its late thats all i have to say right now..=)
