About eating the sprouts... i'm really not sure. Just give it a try and tell us if you got fucked up
but those potatoes look like they're still good. As long as they are not green or soft you will be fine.

The potato itself it still okay to eat. Just don't eat the sprouts. Although the first time I saw a potato like this I just through the whole thing
away... LOL!

i read somewhere theres higher sugar content when potatoes have sprouted. The ones i used the other day weren't as bad as this though

you should most likely throw the whole potato away, the sprouts came from the potato itself that means the whole item has been changed and is
poisonous now. The same thing happens to garlic if you leave it out for a while. The potatoes are cheap enough that throwing them away would not cause
you any grief but if you ate it and is stuck in the restroom for hours. im sure you'll be feeling worse than ever.
