Regular contests?
How about holding regular contests on outie.net?
The prizes will be lots of attractive outie dollars. This will make things fun as well as let spammers have something to do besides spamming, in order
to earn their outie money.
I know there is a gambling den here, but I'm thinking more along the line of contests that test skills and intelligence rather than pure chance.

interesting.... I like this idea also.. but then we need someone to have the time to create/supervise this game.....
I did post some sort of game before.... a guessing game... remember the "beer commercial" I posted up? anyway a game once a month sounds
fun... well.. it just depends on the ppl on outie.. maybe not everyone will want to or have time to play
